Lot 16 is one of the largest lots at Blue Water Key and was completely renovated in 2019, with the the construction of two large tiki huts that connect with a breezeway. Additionally, all of the pavers are new as are the granite countertops, full size refrigerator, sink and ample kitchen storage. The tiki huts come with two 55-inch, Smart TV’s as well.
