Nice park Model for sale,includes full size washer and dryer,a nice canopy and some furniture items.The unit was built in 1996 and is in excellent condition and has 2 bedrooms.The roof, ceramic flooring in the lanai and the heat pump/air conditioning unit were all new in 2017.We think our site is one of the best in the park as it is on a dead end,so it tends to be quiet.There is a nice little secluded back yard with a large concrete pad and a Tuff Shed.Out front are two parking spaces and enough roof for the canopy so you can shelter a golf cart,etc.The unit should be ready for a new owner by the middle of November at the latest.The interior is a bit messy right now as we are packing,but we would be happy to show interested parties around.
