Lake Tenkiller Harbor RV Lots

I have three lots for sale at the Lake Tenkiller Harbor HOA community [https://tenkillerharbor.com/]. Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Park Models, Tiny Homes, Manufactured Homes all welcome. Water, sewer, electric available for connection at each property [cost to connect water/sewer at a lot is about $7,000 and electric is about $1,500 or less). Lots B201 & B202 are adjoining lots directly across from the HOA office, rec room and swimming pool. Lot D331 is on Saddle Rock Drive. See attached Plat maps for Section "B" and Section "D". Lot B202 is approximately 40 feet wide x 125 feet depth; Lot B201 is approximately 40 feet wide by 115 feet depth; Lot D331 is approximately 50 feet wide by 100 feet depth. All properties will need to be cleared of overgrowth. The address listed in the ad is the HOA address. Check out the HOA website for details about the community and area. Lots B201/B202 have 4 survey markers at the exterior corners of the combined lots. We visited these properties early September 2023. Lots B201/B202 have a moderate slope that will require some excavation/backfill to "level out" an area; Lot D331 would require some grading but not as significant as the "B" lots. Would prefer to sell all lots as a package, however willing to sell the "B" lots together and the "D" lot separate. "B" lots together would be $5,500 and $2,000 for the "D" lot.
