Located in Lytle Creek, CA with full hook ups, water sewer, cable, and electric. There are options for RV, travel trailer, or tent camping. Pet friendly with a variety of fun activities, and amenities including mini golf, basketball courts, paddle boats, swimming pools (adult & family), bingo, shuffleboard, adult center, teen center, restaurant, general store, and splash pad. There are special holiday themed weekends. There are 2 fishing lakes stocked year around. Well maintained showers, restroom, and laundry facilities available throughout the park. Dump site and propane sales. Located 90 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and Palm Springs.
Membership offers reservation for an RV or tent site with no fee. Single stays are limited to 2 weeks. You can stay multiple times during the year following rules of being out for the same number of days you are in.(i.e. 14 days in, 14 days out; 5 days in, 5 days out, etc.) There is a transfer fee of about $315, which the seller will pay and Quarterly dues of about $350.00 which the buyer will pay. Interested parties may be subject to background checks by Mountain Lakes. Purchase cannot be completed if you have taken a tour with Mountain Lakes within the last 2 years. We spent many enjoyable stays at Mountain Lakes, but need to sell due to aging and health issues.
